Original Item: Very few available. This is the third and most rare of all British Bobby Helmets. The oldest Pattern was "Rose" top and the most recent the "Comb" top. In between for only a short period only one Constabulary only adopted this rare "Ball" top variety. In use by DEVON AND CONNWALL CONSTABULARY each Helmet plate (badge) shows the Constabulary and the Royal E.R.II logo. In hardly used excellent condition each helmet comes complete with liner and chin straps. From the very southwest of England we now offer an extremely limited quantity of these rare original "Ball" top Bobby Helmets. Sizes vary can generally accommodate US 7” (56 cm) to US 7.5” (60 cm), liners are adjustable. We will do our very best to honor size requests, but no guarantees.
