To celebrate Star M's 100 years of manufacturing excellence, they have collaborated with saddlery atelier Somés Saddle to produce the most over-the top drill bit set ever seen. 

With only 100 available worldwide, and single digits of them arriving in Australia, this is a rare opportunity to own a never-to-be-reproduced and absolutely stunning example of over-the-top craftsmanship.

Included is a 10 piece set of Star-M's famous Super Clean Cut Drill Bits (Multibore No.601) ranging from 3mm to 12mm, along with a bespoke leather case from Somés Saddle, hand made by craftsmen to hold and protect these tools.

If you aren't already familiar with Star-M's work, these brad-point bits are the best bits for drilling timber that money can buy. Leaving crisp edges with an easily aligned centre point, they are also excellent for even more fibrous and difficult materials such as bamboo.

The buttery soft leather case included can hold up to 15 drill bits. It has pockets for storing each bit separately, whilst the interior that comes into contact with the blade is made of scratch-resistant material. It's compact size makes it easy to carry around and the handle is engraved with the logos of both Star-M and Somés Saddle.

This special anniversary set also comes enclosed in a commemorative Paulownia wood box.
